On May 9,2025, in Hanoi, the Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) held the 2020 PTIt Job Fair in Hanoi. Participants included representatives of leaders of departments, functional divisions, representatives of nearly 20 enterprises and a large number of students of the Academy.  

The festival is organized with the purpose of career orientation and to provide the best conditions for students from third to final year preparing for graduation in the coming time.

At the 2025 PTIT Job Fair, businesses interviewed for jobs face – to – face in booths, with thousands of job opportunities for students. This is an opportunity for Academy students to have early employment information, especially students from the 2nd and 3rd years of the school participating in the program will be in direct contact with the recruitment department of the enterprise while also creating conditions for ICT enterprises to have human resources to meet their job needs in the end-of-year period.

Representative of the program organizer Do Hai Yen, head of the Department of Political Affairs and Student Labor, thanked enterprises for actively cooperating with the Academy over the past time and expressed his hope that enterprises will continue to enhance more cooperation activities with the Institute and expected Academy alumni to make positive contributions to the activities connecting enterprises and the school.

Speaking at the program, Tran Phong Vu, deputy director of Vietcombank East Hanoi, said: For many years, Vietcombank has always been interested in attracting high – quality students from major universities and institutes across the country, especially students in the field of information technology. Vietcombank sees that the 2025 employment day organized by the Academy not only creates access to enterprises for students but also demonstrates the cooperation of the school with enterprises in training and recruitment activities. Tran Phong Vu stressed: Vietcombank recruits many graduates of the Post and Telecommunications Technology Academy every year, who are always highly regarded by Vietcombank for their comprehensive ability and working capacity. “Thus through the employment day we hope students get the most access to job opportunities, especially we also hope to recruit many quality students of the Academy to work for the bank after graduation,” Tran Phong Vu said.

Participating in PTIT Job Fair 2025, students have many opportunities to find jobs and practice, develop skills, understand the labor market. Many students find jobs and interns at the event, saving them time and allowing them to get jobs that are suited to their specialty. At the festival, students learn many essential soft skills such as how to write a CV, interviewing skills, teamwork, and time management. The event also helps students understand the trends and demands of the labor market, which can help them better orient themselves and prepare for future careers.

Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc, director of the 24-hour Priority Business Customer-Status Block, said: 24h jobs would like to accompany and support the Academy’s students on their journey of self-development to find jobs. The Academy and 24-hour Job not only cooperates through the recruitment festivals but in the future also has career orientation, experience counseling and job search on 24h working to make the job search journey of students easier. The 24-hour job expects that the recruitment day will successfully connect aspiring employers to the workforce and students who are eager to get on the road to their careers, especially third-and fourth-year students. After this program, 24-hour jobs are available to accompany the Academy in career orientation and job orientation activities for students such as organizing workshops, trial interviews…to improve students’ skills and thus give them opportunities to meet and experience so that they can prepare for school.
