At the meeting, the two sides discussed many important contents in the field of training and scientific research, aiming to bring into play the strengths of each unit, while expanding the learning and research opportunities for lecturers and students.
One of the central topics to be discussed is – To formulate a master’s-level dual-training program;The students are expected to learn a year in Vietnam and one year in RussiaTo facilitate access to international training environment and improve professional capacity in the information security domain.
Besides, the two sides also agreed to promote the Cooperate in organizing short-term training courses in information security – To provide in-person and online information to lecturers, students as well as trainees who need professional improvement.
In the field of scientific research, the Department of Information Security and SPbSUT expressed the desire It’s about developing common research directions.To carry out cooperation projects and jointly write and publish articles in prestigious international journals and scientific conferences. It is considered an important foundation to strengthen academic connectivity, share research experience and improve the quality of scientific publications of both sides.
In addition, the two units discussed… Promote lecturer-student exchange programsTo create conditions for administrators, lecturers and learners to study, research and exchange ideas in an international environment, thereby contributing to raising the training quality and expanding cooperation between the two educational institutions.
In particular, the SPbSUT express readiness a) Assist the Department of Information Security in provision of training for information security teams of the Institute;The Ministry of Information and Communications shall facilitate students’ participation in large-scale information security competitions organized by the Russian Federation, contributing to raising their professional capacity and integration with the international information security community.
The meeting was conducted in an open and effective manner, demonstrating the two parties’ determination to build a sustainable cooperation relationship, aiming for valuable training, research and academic exchange programs, contributing to raising the quality of human resources in the information security domain.
