On March 13,2026, the Director of the Posts and Telecommunications Technology Academy has signed the Decision No. 541/QD-HV on promulgation of the Master’s training program in information security.

Earlier, the Academy has issued Decision No. 540/QD-HV on graduation standards for master’s training program in information security as the basis for development and implementation of training program.

Training objectives

The program is designed to train high – quality human resources in the field of information security, including:

  • Political credentials, professional ethics

  • In-depth knowledge and practical skills

  • Competence in research and application of modern technologies

  • Creative ability, adaptability to international work environment

At the same time, graduates may continue their doctoral studies or take up high-level professional posts in the information security domain.

Output Standard

The program develops a system of output standards (PLOs) oriented towards international accreditation, ensuring that learners:

  • Being able to analyze, design and solve complex information security problems

  • Effective communication, teamwork in professional settings

  • Ethical and legal compliance

  • Applying modern security technology and solutions
