The competition is part of a series of international academic and social events organized by Moscow State University of Communication Engineering and Informatics (MTUCI), which brings together strong teams from Russia and other countries in the region. With its high level of competition, requiring comprehensive skills ranging from vulnerability exploitation, systems defense to tactical management in real time, the M*CTF was judged to be a challenging playground for safety student teams.
