The Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) has been officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Training the list of programs to train talented engineers and masters in STEM fields to participate in the Scheme on “Training human resources for high – tech development in the 2025 – 2035 period with a vision toward 2045”.
According to the Decision of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Post and Telecommunications Technology Academy has 05 approved programs for integrated bachelor’s degree training, including: Information Security, Computer Science, Information System, Electronic Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering. These programs belong to spearhead training sectors associated with the need for development of high-quality human resources in the context of digital transformation and hi-tech development.
In which, the Department of Information Security has an honorary program Master of integrated, talented B.S. in Information Security approved. This is an important milestone, confirming the prestige, training capacity and development orientation of the Faculty in the field of safety, cybersecurity – a field with a particularly important role in protecting digital infrastructure, digital data and national cyber sovereignty.
The Master’s program for integration of talented bachelor’s degree in information security is developed to discover, foster and train students with outstanding competence, and provide early access to specialized knowledge, research activities, innovation and high-quality academic environment. The implementation of the program also contributes to improving the quality of training of highly qualified human resources, meeting the increasing requirements of the society, enterprises, agencies and organizations in the field of information security.
It is expected that the program will be implemented with enrollment as early as 2026. This is an attractive study opportunity for candidates who are capable, have a passion for technology and wish to pursue an intensive study and study in the field of information security at the Post and Telecommunications Technology Academy.
The approval of the Master’s program for integration of talented bachelors in information security sector by the Ministry of Education and Training is not only pride of the Department of Information Security, but also motivation for the Department to innovate the training program, improve the quality of teaching, scientific research and expand cooperation with enterprises, aiming to train high-quality information security experts for the country.
