CDIT (Center for Digital Innovation and Technology) is a research and development unit under the Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT). As a bridge between academic research and practical application, CDIT focuses on developing technological solutions for telecommunications, television and digital transformation in Vietnam.

CDIT’s activities span many core technology areas such as software development, digital television systems, signal processing, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and digital platforms for enterprises and state agencies. The center has been involved in the implementation of many major projects in the field of television, digital content and national-scale information systems.

One of the prominent strengths of CDIT is its research and development (R&D) capacity. With a team of experts, teachers and engineers with solid academic backgrounds, CDIT is able to master many core technologies and develop “Make in Vietnam” products. These products not only serve the domestic demand but also have the potential to compete on the international market.

In addition to its research activities, CDIT plays an important role in training and developing high-quality human resources in the information technology and communications sector. The Center shall regularly coordinate with enterprises and organizations in implementing training, practice and technology transfer programs, contributing to raising the human resource capacity for the ICT sector in Vietnam.

In addition, CDIT is also actively involved in national digital transformation projects, providing technological solutions for e-government, smart cities, and public information systems. As a result, the center is not only a research unit but also a practical implementation partner in many important areas.

In the context of rapid technological development, CDIT plays an important role in promoting innovation and technological application in Vietnam. With the orientation of combining research and practice, CDIT is contributing to building a firm technological foundation for digital transformation and national digital economic development.
